My Mom's Best Health Tip

Eat Raw Lettuce or Greens with every meal.

One health tip that has served me greater than any other came from my Mother. When I was growing up, she always made sure to add raw greens to everything I was eating and it made a huge difference in my life. "For your health" she would say. I still follow that wisdom today. I think it's one of the ways I have been able to stay healthy without needing doctors constantly or needing a bunch of medicine to get by when I am sick. I am really thankful for that.

 

So for today my #1 favorite health tip to share is:

 

Eat raw greens with every meal!

 

(Romaine lettuce, butter leaf lettuce, arugula, dandelion greens, spinach, green chard, rainbow chard, and any others I am forgetting...)

 

Easy and will add a couple years to your life, and a smile too!
