THE RIGHT KIND OF SUGAR

What is GLUCOSE? Why is it so critical?

Glucose is a sugar found in fruits, starchy vegetables, and raw honey. It is necessary for human life on so many levels. Every single cell in the body runs on glucose for fuel. The brain needs critical levels of glucose to function optimally.

CRAVINGS/ ADDICTION

When we’re deprived of glucose, we will become obsessed with getting it from a different source. If you ever start feeling desperate for a sugary treat, chocolate bar, junk food, glass of wine or any kind of white bread, flour or pasta—that is your body longing for glucose from fruits and vegetables!

One of the main reasons addictions are so prevalent is because the majority of people are living with some level of insulin resistance due to too much fat in the diet.

The more fat in the bloodstream, organs, digestive system and lymph, the more insulin is needed to try to force sugar through and around the fat saturation so it can enter the cells and the body can function. Trying to get glucose into organs, muscles and nervous system while meeting resistance from excess fat is the true meaning of insulin resistance.

When glucose is depleted in our body and brain, we open ourselves up to having processed sugar addiction, alcohol addiction, and even adrenaline addiction.

THE RIGHT KIND OF SUGAR

If you always grab the wrong sugar ie. candy, cake, soda, alcohol and most packaged foods, you’re likely to be very deficient in the right kind of glucose in your brain and other organs. This can lead to addiction to the wrong kind of sugar and also adrenaline surges.

ADRENALINE ADDICTION

Glucose is so critical that it should be eaten every 1 & 1/2 to 2 hrs. If no glucose is available, our adrenals begin pumping adrenaline so we can function through the day. Adrenaline surge is so common we don’t even notice it anymore. It’s highly addicting and very destructive to our organs when in excess.

Glucose depletion and adrenaline addiction create so many common symptoms these days: confusion, brain fog, fatigue, anxiety, depression, anger, mood swings, ADHD and more.

✨Are you suffering from glucose depletion? Something to think about for the future.

Have a great day!
