Papaya for Healthy Digestive Function

✨Healing Breakfast✨

Now days, digestive stress is super common. It seems like almost everyone is dealing with at least one symptom such as bloating or constipation, but more often than not these two are accompanied by many other complaints. As a Holistic Nutritionist, the digestive system is something I am always helping people to understand on a deeper level. I am also someone who deals with IBS and needs to take extra care to support myself & my digestive function. That’s why papaya is one of my favorite healing fruits!

“When struggling with any kind of stomach or intestinal disorder, papayas are the best. They can reverse colitis, Crohn’s, IBS, ulcers, diverticulitis, gastritis, gastric spasms, liver disease, & pancreatitis. They also kill off H. pylori, C. difficile, and E. coli, plus rid the gut of other unfriendly bacteria & parasites, including worms. Papaya is ideal for healing SIBO.

"Papaya is the #1 fruit for digestibility. Each papaya has over 500 powerful digestive enzymes that support the pancreas, aid digestion & mend the walls of the intestinal tract, reducing inflammation & preventing scar tissue from forming there. Papaya contains special amino acids, enzymes, & phytochemicals repel viruses. It also has potent coenzymes that enhance the alkalinity inside the intestinal tract.

Papayas also help relieve constipation, stomach aches & inflamed intestinal tissue. Its soothing qualities help heal the irritated nerve endings that contribute to these ailments. When someone has not been able to eat for a long time from fasting, anorexia, or grave illness, blended papaya is magical for healing due to its ample calories, optimal nutrition, and ease of digestibility.

Papaya is also a miracle for the skin. This fruit has an anti-wrinkle, duey, glowful, and youthful effect outwardly when consumed inwardly due to its high content of vitamins, minerals, and vital carotenoids. Not only can it help your skin glow again, it can help clear up eczema, psoriasis & acne.”
