Soul Therapy:

Soul therapy is a form of talk therapy, which is a method of healing where individuals discuss their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to address emotional and psychological issues. It involves conversations designed to help individuals understand themselves better, identify problematic patterns, and develop coping mechanisms. 

What it entails:

  • Collaborative process: the soul therapist and client work together to explore issues, identify patterns, and develop strategies for change. 

  • Focus on understanding: talk therapy aims to help individuals gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as their impact on their lives. 

  • Finding meaning and purpose: a significant aspect is helping individuals discover and align with their life's purpose and meaning, often by exploring their unique story and challenges from a deeper perspective. 

  • Development of coping skills: soul therapists help individuals learn new ways to manage difficult emotions, cope with stress, and navigate challenging situations. 

  • Safe and confidential environment: soul therapy provides a secure space for individuals to openly express themselves without fear of judgment. 

  • One of the goals of soul therapy is to embody one's true self, leading to a sense of purpose, clarity, and wholeness. 

  • This approach also integrates aspects of mindfulness and spirituality to help individuals connect with their inner self, understand their life purpose and nurture their potential.

Session Details:

  • Sessions are available at a distance via zoom conference call.​

  • The session will be recorded and emailed to you afterwards, unless you prefer not to have a recording.

  • During a distance soul therapy session, the person is asked to find a safe, quiet and private space to relax for the duration of the time.

Single Session:

  • 60 min - $200

  • 90 min - $230

  • 120 min - $260

Note: Most soul therapy sessions last approximately 60 minutes, however sometimes the sessions reach deeper moments and thus more time is necessary. If needed, for every additional 30 minutes I charge $30 more. Thank you for understanding.
