Grounding is by far one of the most important lessons on Earth as an empath, healer, sensitive soul and human.

It’s quite often that the Angels will suggest for a client to work on their connection to Earth through a meditation practice that includes a grounding tree or grounding cord connected to the root chakra at the base of the spine.

When we consciously take time to set this up daily and feel our roots extending downward to the heart of the Earth, there is a safer feeling in our body, mind and spirit.

It is also an excellent way to release energy that is not ours or is stuck and helps us to manifest our dreams into the physical realm.

Physical movement as a form of release is also helpful, however even movement with out the grounding cord being consciously connected will not be as effective.

So often people are used to moving through out the day in a spacey way, not truly connected to their body or using meditation to leave the body versus learning to be in the body (much more needed).

My gift allows me to see when someone is out of their body—bringing the spirit back into the physical body brings deep healing, while also allowing the person to shift and move forward in ways they weren’t able to before.

Grounding is like step 1 that so many people miss or bypass and is truly so important!!

Especially because when we leave our body we are prone to letting outside energies in. This is a huge problem across the globe—a lack of awareness of one’s domain within the temple of their Soul and physical vessel.

When we leave our body we are more prone to energy attacks on our field. Removing energetic cords, discordant energies and entities attached to one’s energy field are all regular parts of my sessions that lead to big healing & transformation.

We need to ground and learn to be in our own body if we want to grow/heal as a Soul. It’s part of our natural evolution as Spirit to inhabit this vessel and own it with love.

Grounding not only helps us spiritually but also allows us to feel where we have work to do, makes it safer to release old feelings, trauma, depression, anxiety and fuels a deeper trust in our ability to heal within. 🌳
