Nutrition Response Testing, a form of Applied Kinesiology muscle testing, is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body that is used to determine the underlying causes of ill health. This information comes from the Autonomic Nervous System which controls the flow of energy within each organ and function of the body. Each area that gives a response represents a specific organ, tissue or function and indicates the effect that energy or the lack of energy, is having on the body. This system helps me to identify exactly what the body needs and how to meet that need through targeted nutritional therapy, diet changes, supplements etc. Through this gentle system of muscle testing, we are able to discover which foods may be triggering a reaction in the body, underlying chemical exposure, or any other potential immune challenges that may be creating blocks to healing. By identifying these triggers, we can then proceed to muscle test which nutritional supplements, herbal tinctures, or homeopathic remedies will be beneficial to your unique body at this point in time. Overall this is a really simple yet effective, non-invasive and comfortable way to help you identify any deficiencies, digestive stress, or weaknesses that may be present in the body that can be easily corrected over time through natural approaches or in combination with any other protocol you may be following.
